The RKHOA Board Of Directors Welcomes You

Rivers Knoll is a self-managed single-family residential community on the Great Wicomico River in Northumberland County, Virginia. It is approximately 238 wooded acres with 94 lots; each is a minimum of 2-1/2 acres. The Great Wicomico River is navigable for large and small boats and sailboats directly to the Chesapeake Bay.

The Association owns and maintains approximately 3-1/2 miles of private roads and a waterfront community lot with a pier, boat ramp, and picnic area.

All owners are members of the Association and the Association affairs are conducted through the membership-elected Board of Directors. Annual Association meetings are conducted with all members of the Association invited. We are governed by our Articles of Incorporation, Bylaws, Covenants and The Property Owners’ Association Act (Title 55, Chapter 26 Statutes Of Virginia).

Our success is dependent on volunteers and members of the Rivers Knoll community who generously donate their time and talent to serve on the Board of Directors, Committees, and organize events and participate in various projects.
